This cemetery was referred to as William's Cemetery. The area key book for Cambria County lists this as Gallaher's Cemetery. It was restored in 1990 by Leroy Douglas, Robert Krug & others. The main individuals buried here are Gallahers and Douglas's who were related. This little graveyard was cleaned up by a Douglas. This was part of the farm that Hugh Gallaher owned (as is stated in his will) Hugh married a Mary (she was called Emily) Elder from the Elders from Maryland. Hugh's parents were George Gallaher and Margaret Douglass.

Directions:

Turning right on Spinaly City Road near Amsbry traveling from Ashville. Take to the "T" in the road and make a left. About a mile or so it sits on top of the farm field on your right and has about 6 tall trees.
