Of the foregoing number, fifty-eight are from Cambria.

After carefully reading over the above list, we are led to make an inquiry, to wit: Where's “Major” TEETER? It was generally understood in Johnstown that he was to be Second Lieutenant, but it appears Sergeant MAGUIRE has obtained that commission and we look through the list in vain for the name of Isaac TEETER. What was wrong with the Major, and where is he?
