TROXEL, Jacob, innkeeper, of Summerhill Twp, died Friday last.

TUDOR, Owen, died Sunday last, after a protracted sickness, aged about 26 years. He was from near this place.

FELS, Jacob, of Loretto, died suddenly Monday morning last.

PERSHING, Christopher S., died Wednesday, 20th of Apr.

LATSHAW, Mary, consort of John of this borough, died Wednesday, 20th of April, aged 43y 6m 26d, leaving children.

MCCUNE, William, and Mary Ann DOUGHERTY, both of this place, married Tuesday last, by Rev. D. A. GALLITZIN.

JAMES, Benjamin and Nancy Ellen MCCUNE, both of this place, married Thursday last by Rev. Benjamin DAVIS.

JONES, John D and Mrs. Margaret HUGHES, both of Cambria Twp, married Thursday last by Rev. George ROBERTS.

LLOYD, Ebenezer of Ebensburg and Elizabeth STINEMAN, of Kittaning, married 26th ult, at Kittaning.

FAGAN, John, died 31st ult at Ebensburg, aged about 35 years.

PARKS, John, of Pittsburgh, and Mary Ann SHAFFER, of this place, married today, in this place by Samuel KENNEDY Esq.

EVANS, Richard, of the Summit, and Jane LLOYD, daughter of John Esq., of Ebensburg, married Saturday last at Ebensburg by Rev. Benjamin DAVIS.

AGNEW, Maria M., consort of Smith AGNEW, died suddenly in this borough Thursday, 14th inst. aged 36 years, leaving a husband and 8 young children.

PRYCE, Samuel and Elizabeth JONES, both of near Ebensburg, married Wednesday, 10th inst, by Rev. Benjamin DAVIS.

Tuesday, 23 Aug 1836

BELL, Sarah, consort of John Esq., Sheriff of Somerset County, died Friday evening, 12th inst, at the residence of her son-in-law Samuel ELDER in Jenner Twp, in her 38th year. The deceased left home in good health on Tuesday on a visit to her daughter; on Wednesday she had an attack of bilious colic, which terminated her existence on Friday.

JOHNSON, Thomas (Major), died Wednesday, 17th inst, at Blairsville, aged 42y and 5m.

SHABARGER, Elizabeth, consort of Jacob, Jr., and daughter of E. BENDER Esq., died Saturday morning last, in Susquehanna Twp, aged 25 y 7m.

STEWART, David, of Pittsburgh, and Isabella MOORE, of this place, married at this place, Wednesday last, by Rev. Mr. TERRY.

BRADY, Edward, of the Summit, died Saturday last, aged about 60 years. Death caused by injuries received in a fight a few days before. One of the persons implicated has been arrested and is now in jail to await his trial.

GILELAND, James C., Esq., late editor of the "Pittsburgh Times", died Wednesday night, 16th inst.

DECKER, James and Martha Jane LONG, both of Conemaugh Twp, married 24th inst., by Samuel DOUGLAS.

JONES, Eliza Jane, daughter of Richard Jr., died Friday at Ebensburg, aged about 2 years.
