|NANT-Y-GLO MAN DIES AT MERCY HOSPITAL|
John Paul Succumbs Following Operation; Leaves Widow and Children.
John Paul, aged 45 years, of Nant-y-Glo died at 5 o'clock yesterday morning at the Mercy Hospital, following an operation for the removal of his appendix. He underwent the operation at the Eighth Ward institution several days ago.
The deceased is survived by his widow and nine small children. He was an employee of the Pennsylvania Coal & Coke Corporation.
The body was turned over to Undertaker George Ondriezek, of Nant-y-Glo, to prepare for burial. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment will be made in the church cemetery.
