Mrs. Jeremiah Paul Dies At Moxham Home.
Mrs. Mary Ann Paul, wife of Jeremiah Paul, of 759 Highland avenue, died at 1:45 o'clock this morning, following a stroke of paralysis last Monday. She was born 60 years ago at Elton, Cambria County, and resided there until several years ago, when she moved to Moxham. She was a life-long member of the Evangelical Church. Mrs. Paul is survived by her husband and four children -- Mrs. J. E. Sauter, of Elton; Mrs. Dr. W. L. Helsel, of Scalp Level; A. L. Paul, of 556 Central avenue, and Morrell, at home. She is also survived by three sisters and a brother -- Mrs. Rebecca Amps, of Oak street; Mrs. Elizabeth Weaver, of Cypress avenue; Mrs. James Orr, of Elton, and U. G. Grumbling, of Windber. The funeral will be held next Wednesday morning. The body will be taken from the home at 9 o'clock for services in the Lutheran Church at Elton at 10:30 o'clock in charge of the Rev. L. E. Haviland, of the Franklin-street Evangelical Church. Interment will follow in Snavely's Cemetery at Elton. |
