Thomas Plummer Jr., of Summerhill, who was employed on the Pennsylvania Railroad as a freight brakeman, had both his legs cut off by the cars at South Fork on Tuesday evening. Medical aid was of no avail and he died from his injuries at an early hour on Wednesday morning. The deceased was unmarried and was a son of Thomas Plummer, of Summerhill. His remains were interred in the Catholic cemetery at Wilmore on Thursday. |
