Annie L. Paul, wife of William U. Paul, died at her home in Croyle Township, this county, on Friday evening, February 1st, at 5 o'clock. Mrs. Paul was born in Croyle Township February 13, 1855, and was therefore forty-five years, seven months and nineteen days of age. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Croyle, her father having died about seven years ago and her mother two years ago. She joined the Lutheran Church about twenty-five years ago and was a consistent member to the end. Mrs. Paul is survived by her husband and the following brothers and sisters: Wendell, Frederick, and Sherman Croyle, of South Fork; Henry Croyle and Mrs. E. W. Hull and Mrs. S. C. Seaman, of Summerhill, and Mrs. W. H. Reighard, of Croyle Township. The funeral was held Sunday, February 3d, interment being made in the South Fork Cemetery. The Rev. G. K. Allen preached the funeral sermon.
