Williamsport, April 16 — Henry Hunnecker, foreman of a sawmill at Muncy, was accidentally killed to-day. He was directing a few men who were “running” logs down a steep bank to the mill, when one of the workmen let his hook fall. The implement struck Hunnecker on the head and knocked him down and he lay insensible. Before his companions could drag him from danger a heavy log rolled down upon Hunnecker, crushing his head and body in a frightful manner. He lived only a few minutes. He was 55 years old and lived at Salladsburg.
