Garage Man Expires at Hospital;
Has Sister Living in Seventh Ward

Windber, Jan. 15. -- Ulysses G. Gramling, aged 66 years, of 1003 Graham avenue; a well-known retired garage proprietor, died at the Windber Hospital at 10:30 o'clock this morning. Death was attributed to arterio-sclerois and chronic Bright's disease. He was admitted to the hospital on Monday. He had been ill for the past several weeks.

Mr. Gramling was born at Elton of July 27, 1864. His parents preceded him to the grave. The deceased had lived in Windber for the last 18 years. He had been connected with the Gramling Motor Company, retiring from business in 1928.

Mr. Gramling is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie (Orris) Gramling, and two children, Roy Gramling, at home, and Alma, wife of John Lawhead, of 1002 1/2 Graham avenue. He also leaves one sister, Mrs. Louis Amos, of Oak street Johnstown. Three grandchildren also survive.

The body was turned over to Undertaker G. G. Meek to prepare for burial and will be removed to the late residence. Arrangements for the funeral have not yet been completed.
