|MRS. ANNIE LONG, OF SEWARD, FOUND DEAD|
Seward, July 5. -- Mrs. Annie E. Long, was found dead in bed about 4 o'clock yesterday morning at her home here by her daughter, Mrs. Peer, of Pitcairn, who had been called here by her mother's illness.
Mrs. Long was 71 years old, being one of the oldest residents of Seward. She was a daughter of the late William Utzler, formerly of the Twenty-first Ward, Johnstown. She was a sister of Mrs. George Fleck, of Walnut Grove, Johnstown, and the mother of the following: Alice, wife of H. P. Smith, of Maple avenue, Johnstown; Rose, wife of George Johns, of Seward; Sara, wife of J. H. Cassada, of Pitcairn; Lizzie, wife of J. W. Peer, of Pitcairn, and Anson and Maude, of Turtle Creek. There are 22 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Seward Methodist Church at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. She was a life-long member of the church.
