Gallitzin Man Horribly Mutilated on P. R. R. Near Altoona.
Gulseppe Partisse, an Italian track hand, employed under Foreman David Kunsman and residing at Gallitzin, was run down and instantly killed last Friday morning on the P. R. R. about two miles west of Altoona. His body, was severed in the middle and both legs were ground off. The unfortunate man is survived by a wife and two children in Europe.
