Philip Faulkner, convicted at the September term of court for attempted burglary, and sentenced to six months in the county jail, died in that institution on Friday night. His age was about 26 years, and his home was in the neighborhood of Summerhill before his incarceration. His death was caused by a complication of diseases. The remains of the deceased were interred in the cemetery connected with the county Almshouse.
