Mrs. Eliza Richardson Johns, widow of Isaac Johns, of Seward, died at her home Saturday afternoon after an illness of two years of dropsy. The deceased was aged sixty-seven years, seven months and nineteen days. Mrs. Johns is survived by these children: W. C., of Carnegie; H. T., of Woodvale; James and Ulysses, of Seward; Mrs. Samuel Mardis, of Wehrum; Mrs. M. L. Shew, of Derry; Mrs. J. Quinn, of Seward. The following step-children also survive: Mrs. L. A. Heacox, of Altoona; Mrs. Maggie Lingle, of Portage; Mrs. William Brown, of Allegheny; Mrs. Harrison Spires, of Brushvalley, Indiana County; and Mrs. Mary Rogers, of Wilmerding. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon from the Seward M. E. Church, the Rev. Nevius, the pastor, conducting the services. Interment was made at Armagh.
