MISS GERTRUDE GOUGHNOUR.

Miss Gertrude Goughnour died of consumption at the Cambria County Almshouse yesterday at noon, aged twenty-four years and twelve days. The remains were brought to Johnstown on the 4:34 train this afternoon and were taken to the home of relatives on Benshoff Hill, whence the funeral will be held at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, followed by interment in Benshoff Hill Cemetery.

Miss Gounour was the daughter of the late Jonas and Hannah Benshoff Goughnour and is survived by the following sisters: Amanda, wife of William Boyer, of Benshoff Hill; Kate, wife of David Eppley, of Benshoff Hill, Martha, wife of Samuel Huston, of Morrellville; Nancy Ann, wife of George W. More, of Morrellville, and one brother, John A. Goughnour, of Vintondale. Miss Goughnour's illness, in connection with the condition of her nervous system necessitated her removal to the Almshouse in May, 1900.
