GEORGE W. EAMIGH

Altoona, Feb. 7 -- George W. Eamigh died at 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. F. Kauffman, of 409 Walnut avenue. Death was due to disease incident to his advanced age. He was born at Wilmore, Cambria County, August 14, 1855, and was the son of George and Elizabeth Eamigh. Mr. Eamigh was a member of the United Evangelical Church and was a devoted Christian man. Surviving are his wife and the following children: Mrs. Ida Ford of South Fork; Mrs. Maggie Roland, George L. Ridgway, Mrs. Fred Ingram, Mrs. C. F. Kauffman, Mrs. Earl Moorhead, and Mrs. R. P. Short, all of this place. Thirty-two grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren also survive.

The funeral services will be held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Kauffman, at 10 o'clock on Monday morning. Interment will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery. The body may be viewed by friends after Saturday afternoon.
