|South Fork, Sept. 1, -- Wallace Hutzell, aged 35 years, of Shantytown, near South Fork, was instantly killed about 1:30 o'clock this afternoon, when he fell underneath the rear wheel of J. E. Crissman's large automobile feed truck, which was heavily loaded. He was attempting to aboard the automobile. The rear wheel of the truck passed over Mr. Hutzell's chest. |
The deceased is survived by his wife and four children. Mr. Hutzell is a son of Simon Hutzell, deceased, and of Mrs. Mary Hutzell, of Church Street, this place, who survives with several brothers and sisters.
The accident occurred on Railroad Street, near the Sunshine Coal Company mines, this place. He was employed by L. S. Kisbaugh, the local contractor, but had not been working today.
