William C. Stephens, 58, of Johnstown, died on April 30, 2020. Born December 3, 1961 in Johnstown, son of Charles T. and Ruth (Yingling) Stephens.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Survived by his son, Shaun Stephens, twin sister, Ella Houghton (Tom), sister, Kathleen Smith (Brad), sister, Connie Berry (Jeff Durant), brother, Chaz Stephens (Dawn Figura). Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Bill loved the Pittsburgh Penguins and playing cards with his friends. He was a loving father, son, brother uncle and friend, who will be sadly missed.
Due to the recent pandemic, all services will be private.
