Remarks:   John R. Thomas, aged 48 years, a miner employed in the Robindale mines for the Penn Public Service Corporation, died of heart trouble yesterday afternoon at his home 178 Beatty Avenue, Twentieth Ward. He was born in Bedford County but has been living in this vicinity for some years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Olive (Bowers) Thomas, and these children; George, Henry, Harry, Lillie and Nellie Thomas. Mr. Thomas was a brother of Ellsworth Thomas and Mrs. Edward Rodkey, both of Park Hill; Sylvester Thomas, in the West; William Thomas, Prospect; Mrs. Harry Irons, 392 Ebensburg Rd.; Mrs. Henry Stahl, Prospect St; Mrs. Marie Pebley, Moxham; Mrs. Robert Williams, Windber; Mrs. W. J. Caddy , Wilson Street Funeral services will be conducted at 2 oclock tomorrow afternoon at the late residence, in charge of the Rev. W. I. Good, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery.
